Summer is yoga season in Costa Rica, and Pranamar is offering 14 outstanding yoga retreats between February and June 2014. Yoga retreats as healthy vacations will leave you feeling energized and rejuvenated, the way a vacation is supposed to do. Women’s Quest Adventures: Feb. 2-8 and May 4-10, 2014

Vajra Sol Yoga Adventures: Feb. 16-22, Mar. 16-22, Mar. 30 – Apr. 5, Apr. 6-12, Jun. 22-28, 2014

With Vajra Sol Yoga Adventures, you will enjoy a relaxing and fulfilling week of yoga and learning to surf or stand-up paddle (SUP) in the warm Pacific Ocean at Playa Santa Teresa. “Disconnect from a busy lifestyle, reconnect to slow and conscious living, take time for inner reflection and have some fun in the sun and surf!”

Yoga and Visioning Retreat: Feb. 22 to Mar. 1, 2014

Led by Chantal Russell, this 7-day yoga retreat at Pranamar Villas is designed to “refine, claim and embody what is most important to you.” Participants will enjoy two yoga classes daily, morning guided meditations, and visioning coaching and practice.

TrueFlow Yoga Vacation in Costa Rica: Mar. 3-8, 2014

Led by Brynn Rybacek, this retreat features daily Vinyasa Flow yoga classes, Restorative Yoga classes and meditations.

Soul Arch Yoga Retreat: Mar. 9-15, 2014

Yoga group retreat at Pranamar Villas in Santa Teresa“The intention for this week-long journey is to get to know ourselves a little better, to see clearly through the stories of the mind, to slow down and deepen our physical and mental yoga practice.” The retreat offers four yoga practices daily and a community philanthropic project with the local school.

Yoga Toes Retreat: Mar. 23-30, 2014

Led by MC Yogi and Amanda Giacomini, the retreat presents daily two-hour morning yoga sessions, daily afternoon or evening sessions with meditation, dharma talks, restorative yoga, storytelling and musical offerings.

Daily yoga and meditation sessions are the core of this week-long retreat. Additional activities such as surfing, stand-up paddling, hiking, horseback riding and other tours also are available.
